DEVELOPMENT
A property can be financially developed in many ways. Our office will study the special conditions that govern it, for example the financial environment that surrounds it, possible problems ( poleodomika, legal, hereditary, debts ) as well as the owner´s specific needs. We will suggest solutions and - if we take the job - we will see that the selected solution is fullfilled. When necessary, we cooperate with specialized study offices.
EVALUATION
In every case, a valid estimate of the property is required. The selling, antiparohi, exchange, rent of a property, must bear the right price, in order to be realized effectively and on time. If the selling price, the antiparohi percentage or the rent are lower than the current commercial value, then the owner will lose. If on the other hand the promotion prices are higher than the current ones, the act will possibly delay aimlessly for a long period of time and eventually when it happens, the owner might have lost serious opportunities and precious time.
OUR FEE
The evaluation of the property by our office is detailed, with specific facts mentioned clearly in our report. Our fee is determined in advance and will be a specific amount and not derived by percentage, so that the likelihood of overestimating the property resulting the negative above mentioned possibilities will be avoided.
